An order is not considered accepted until Ohagi Card Center confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before an order can be accepted.
Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges for your purchases are only handled in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that the products purchased from us are for your personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price of a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership of, and the risk of loss for, the products pass to you once the items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Ohagi Card Center is hosted and operated using Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Service to you.
However, all purchases you make through our store are transactions directly between you and Ohagi Card Center.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the purchases or transactions between you and Ohagi Card Center, including any damages or injuries related to products or services purchased through the Service.

You explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses that arise out of or relate to your purchases, transactions, or interactions with Ohagi Card Center.
