Return Policy – Ohagi Card Center

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please note: Pre-order items are not eligible for this 7-day return policy.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it —
unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us using the email address you used for your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
However, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (after approval)
and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
