Shipping Policy – Ohagi Card Center


1. Countries / Regions We Ship To

North America : United States

Europe : France, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Poland

Oceania : Australia , New Zealand

Asia : Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea


2. Handling Time

3~5 business days

  • Handling times may be extended during holiday periods.

3. Shipping Method

USPS / UPS / Fedex

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination customs or local conditions.
  • One transaction number is issued per order.
  • Orders with separate transaction numbers are shipped individually, each incurring its own shipping fee.
  • To combine items in one shipment, please place them in the same shopping cart at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are determined for each item based on the distance and weight to each destination country.

5. Additional Charges (Customs, Taxes)

We ship products from both Japan and our Oregon, USA warehouse.
Customs duties and taxes depend on the shipping origin and destination:

1. From Japan

  • Japan → USA: DDP (duties paid). No additional fees on delivery.

  • Japan → Other countries: DDU (duties unpaid). Import taxes and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. From the United States (Oregon)

  • Within the USA: No duties (Oregon has no sales tax).

  • USA → International: DDU. Import duties and taxes must be paid by the buyer.

Refusal of Customs Fees

If customs charges are not paid for DDU shipments, the package may return to us.
Return shipping and related fees will be deducted from the refund.


6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address. In such cases:

  1. We will notify you that the package has been returned.
  2. Reshipment: Original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
  3. Refund: If you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  4. Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.
